Over the past two months, I have received a dozen inquiries that challenge the legitimacy of my business services. I am getting tired of answering that question, because it is already answered on the website. If you want to know what the VA laws are concerning operating a massage business, go on the internet and search for "VA laws, massage " , and also look under "VA prostitution laws". or go to your local government office and request a printed copy of local laws and regulation and restrictions. Reasons for busting a massage business: ( list is in no particular order of importance or occurance) 1. doing massage without a license (state or national massage license required in some states or local jurisdictions) 2. operating a massage business from a home ( local restriction in some jurisdictions) 3. operating a business without business license 4. noise complaints from neighbors ( example: car traffic all night, moaning noises from a spa) 5 human trafficking ( mostly spas with multiple attendants) 6. money laundering 7 drug use , sales 8. tax evasion 9. oral or intercourse contact between practitioner and client which clearly falls within the prostitution laws in VA. The difference between my business and others is clearly explained on other pages on this website. Please do your research before contacting me about the legitimacy of my services. Thank you. |
