The Super Stress Buster session was created
about 2003 with a specific purpose: maximum stress relief.
My extensive research into Men's health, Pain relief and Stress Management has
given me some insights into how I can help clients relax more, and feel better,
and actually get more out of their session.
I will try to explain in detail (as far as possible) the
elements of this session, and my reasons for implementing them.
1. The first release:
As you may know, an erotic encounter and the
release (orgasm) create or release hormones and enzymes in the body and brain
that fight and reduce stress. This is scientifically proven many times.
2. A full-body massage:
a full-body massage lets the client relax from
head to toe, with techniques ranging from deep muscle work for pain relief to
light full body strokes for pleasure and relaxation, and not to forget the
erotic feather light touch that finds "just the right spots" for
arousal. This is great for those who tend to fall asleep during the deep muscle
massage. A nice way to "bring you back to life"...
3. Prostate massage:
Various techniques are used depending on experience

4. Second release:
I consider this second release as the ultimate way to
"expel" whatever stress is still left in the body.

This session combination is not for everyone, and
may create very strong sensations, even emotional response. Communication,
